Hosting & Server Log Files
When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically processes information in server log files (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type) transmitted by your browser. This data is technically necessary to display the website and to ensure its stability and security (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). All traffic is TLS-encrypted (HTTPS). Log data is deleted according to the hosting provider's retention schedule.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not use any web analytics or tracking services.
Contact by Email or Phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, phone number, content of your enquiry) solely to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The data is deleted once it is no longer required, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Note: Unencrypted email is not secure. Please do not send sensitive health data by email; use the phone or speak to us in person at the practice instead.
Google Maps (loaded only after consent)
On our contact page we embed a map from Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) only after you actively click "Load map" (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Only then is data (including your IP address) transferred to Google, which may involve a transfer to the USA (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR). No data is sent to Google before you click. Your consent applies to the current page view only and is not stored. Details: Google Privacy Policy.
